The Bahamas National Trust oversees eight Navigator units in public and private schools on New Providence, Grand Bahama, Exuma, and Andros Islands at the locations indicated below. The program includes a total of 101 high school students. Additionally, North Andros High will be commencing its program in January, 2014.

All Navigator groups are currently working on Level One (Plankton) of the Navigator Marine certification. Level One certification focuses on marine sciences, related ecosystems, and threats to the marine environment. To date, one group from the 2013 cohort, Central Andros High, has completed the PADI Skin Diver Certification. The training used both a pool at a local hotel, Love at First Sight, and the shallow water adjacent to the Forfar Research Station on Andros. Participants learned basic information on skin diving equipment, dive science, the environment, problem management, and safe skin diving practices. In the water, they learned various techniques for donning and adjusting equipment, entering the water, checking buoyancy, surface swimming, clearing water from their snorkel and performing effortless surface dives.
